At Triple One Frontier, we uphold our consulting philosophy that our activities shall be beneficial for all economic parties and society alike. We do not simply pursue corporate profits, but by also respond to the needs of industry sectors and society by providing holistic and valuable advice and actions. This also means contributing to resolving societal issues.
We have participated in the UN Initiative and pursued the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in all aspects of operation. Since 2018, We drafted our Basic Policy on Promotion of Sustainability and environmental friendly products and services. At the same time, we also identified 3 material sustainability focus areas for our future business areas, which also serve to address the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement. Our goal is to be leaders in realizing a carbon-free society. We also outlined enhancing contribution and engagement with the SDGs as one of the basic policies of our new medium-term management plan that spans across our wide range of engagement with our clients e.g. education and promoting trade of specific environmental friendly goods, services and technologies.
Additionally, we promote regular dialogue with internal and external stakeholders through initiatives that include holding participating in Industry Associations, Forums, and dialogue with stakeholders.
We identified that greatest need and opportunity for transformation to sustainable and environmental friendly products and business practices is to be found in developing and emerging markets. Hence, our long-term business plan outlines our expansion plans in the region.
We will continue to value feedback from employees and society, and respond to the trust received from and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. With our business advisory services we will continue to positively contribute of social and environmental issues while pursuing sustainable growth.
ESG Impact of Business Strategies we developed
We supported Choon Heng Group to become a leading provider of environmental-friendly leasing fleets
When Choon Heng Group engaged us in 2018 to assist in the launch of a new subsidiary in Vietnam, we embarked on an extensive business partner matching project. With environmental impact in mind, we identified and negotiated with a range of potential partners to develop the new fleet leasing product. One of several successful partnerships resulted in our client being today the only commercial fleet leasing provider of Navistar trucks – the only container trucks available in Vietnam with the latest EPA certification equaling the EURO-6 emission standard. The new ProStar+ with unmatched emission and fuel-economics was imported to Vietnam. All of the Prostar leasing trucks are offered with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) – replacing some of the intake air (containing 80% nitrogen) with recycled exhaust gas – reducing the amount of nitrogen to be oxidized to NOx during combustion and decreasing emissions significantly. This offering of fleet leasing trucks with latest EPA (Euro-6) emission standard as early as 2018 is significant in the context where Vietnam only requires trucks with Euro 4 emission standard until today, 2023. Since, our client has continued to execute on our green fleet leasing strategy, for example by being the first company to offer EV taxi leasing in Vietnam.
Triple One Frontier develops engaging green-space environments for Sustainable Cities and Communities
The Management Team of Savills engaged us on behalf of the Crescent District to develop, plan, and execute a 6-month community engagement strategy for local families to make greater use of the existing but unused green infrastructure – while driving economic benefit to the commercial facilities. We developed a comprehensive strategy to re-energizing unused green-spaces with new purpose. We developed a new multi-purpose environmental design concept, an event/activity strategy, and a detailed 6-month execution plan. Triple One Frontier’s brand-marketing division then executed the new community experience as lead project manager. One of the core solutions we developed was the first outdoor cinema in Vietnam – screening daily 9 free family movies on 3 supersized screens, parallel with many other free community-driven family activities. We worked closely with government agencies, sponsors, and local businesses, to redesign and repurpose a previously unused green-space environment into a wholesome, environmental-friendly, and engaging community experience – for children and adults alike.
